This facility is designed to accommodate changes in health care delivery. For patient convenience, the building design focuses on outpatient services on the first two floors. Included in this space is a new emergency and trauma center, imaging center, expanded inpatient and outpatient surgery and observation beds, and an education center. New intensive care units for trauma and other surgery patients are provided, as is a large suite of cath labs and the George Bush Heart Center. The upper floors hold obstetrics, neonatal intensive care and pediatrics.

A 130,000 SF Phase I expansion added new Emergency, Radiology, CCU, Outpatient, Admitting, Administrative and two new bed floors. The design allows for both vertical and horizontal future expansion. Outpatients and visitors are given clear access and an orientation to the garden setting of the exterior.

Anthony was the planner for two simultaneous master plans for facilities at Littleton Adventist Hospital and Porter Adventist Hospital.
