About ACHA
The American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) certifies healthcare architects with strict standards to enhance the quality of healthcare environments. ACHA board certification is available to U.S. architects and those in countries with NCARB reciprocal licensure, whether they work in firms or roles like health systems, government agencies, and consulting. Certification demonstrates that an architect has met approved education and experience requirements and passed a competency exam. The process is rigorous, independently managed, and ensures the certified title is professionally and legally sound.
