Portfolio Submission

Process
Review the portfolio requirements in the Certification Handbook.
You may submit the components of your portfolio at any time to begin the portfolio workflow in ACHA’s certification software, Certemy. This phase can run concurrent with the Application workflow.
Submissions are accepted year-round and are reviewed on a quarterly basis. Submissions are evaluated and scored by members of the ACHA Certification Committee, an independent, peer-reviewed panel.
Applicants will be notified of the review results approximately 6-8 weeks following the corresponding review period.
Applicants that do not receive a passing score for their submission will be given feedback on how to improve their materials for a future submission.
ACHA will not publish the names of applicants who have passed the Portfolio/Exhibit Submission but have not completed the Examination portion.
Sample Portfolios
Components of your portfolios are collected via “steps to completion” of the Portfolio Submission workflow in Certemy. Steps include the completion of dynamic forms or upload of documentation (letters of recommendation, projects, etc.).
See the samples below for comprehensive Portfolios from the past that contain these components. The portfolio samples are provided as examples of content only.
